BODYATTACK® 71 SIZZLER

It’s a workout built around the programs 3D approach to aerobic, strength and sport, but with a happy feel that lets everyone have a little fun as well.

One Love sets up that ‘one team’ sprint from the warm-up, then track 2 Good Tomes encourages you to ‘leave the worries behind’ and let you hair down.

As the beat picks up, the real work begins, with track 4 showcasing a couple of sport specific plyometric moves for the legs – the Skater and the volleyball block action.

You’ll have to push through pain nest with a push-up track that challenges the chest, shoulder and core muscles with a new move – a One Armed Overhead Plank.

If you’re feeling from that effort, you can run it off with your team-mates to the sing along In My head…this is the race!

On my Way builds energy towards the release last aerobics track and inspiration – the head driving, heart – pumping Welcome to the Club.

Track 10 is a lower body test that introduces a single legged dead lift with hip extension that pinches the core as well as conditions the legs.

By the abs track and cool-down, you will have earned the right to celebrate with Winner and an uplifting Sign of a Victory.
